Four Seasons, A Bes-Ben Inspired Piece

2022 Competition Entry for the USA Milliners Guild

Picture
This piece was designed and created specifically for the Milliners Guild competition which took place in January 2022. Visit the Milliners Guild website here.

Artist Statement
From a roll of the dice to bees humming around a beehive, I love the elegantly whimsical stories woven into Bes-Ben pieces. This piece is my story and interpretation of the four seasons through the Bes-Ben lens, allowing me to explore different techniques. My piece is designed to be worn so any season can face-forward.
