Soft velour felt in blue with a bound ribbon scallop edge detail. Pleated roses and lace leaves trellis the side and back of the hat and ostrich feathers. Hand shaped, hand cut, hand sewn this is a beautifully unique hat. This hat includes a hat box.
Comfortably fits a 22 1/4" head size.
